We recently discovered 24. Thanks to; my brother’s very generous Barnes & Noble Christmas gift cards, my B&N 10% off membership card, an additional B&N membership 15% off coupon and the recent B&N buy one season of any series and get another for free, we were able to snag all the currently available seasons of 24 on DVD. What a great purchase.
Everynight we go home, settle in for the night and watch a couple of episodes. We just completed the first season and are half way through the second. We refer to this show as video crack because it is so addicting. The action is fast, the writing keeps you guessing and the acting is, well, fair; however, the show is LOADs of fun and we recommend it highly for those of you who like this type of entertainment. If you missed it and want to give it a try yourself, Target has the first season on sale for $17 this week. It’s a steal for 24 hours of heart pumping entertainment. You can also buy them online from Amazon if you miss this special.
I can see why this guy wanted to get the show out there. There are loads of fans and being the first to view the series before it airs makes you a bit of a 24 fan Internet rebel (a kind of Robin Hood for the 21st Century), or in Fox’s view a “bad guy.” What this guy doesn’t understand is that Fox owns the 24 franchise, so CTU and Jack Bauer are probably going to raid his place and give him a good shake down! Hmmm…could this be the storyline for season 7?
